Make your character public
On D&D Beyond: open your character, then Character Settings → Character Privacy, and pick Public. Dungeon Tracker only reads it.

Sign in with your email, no password needed, and paste your character's link.

Open it on your phone at the table. When you level up on D&D Beyond, pull the new version in with one tap.
